What is the sinter

          हेलो दोस्तों ,

                  मैं आज आप लोगो को सिन्टर के बारे में शेयर करना चाहता हूँ !

                 हम जिस जगह काम करते है वहाँ पर कच्चे माल का उपयोग किया जाता हैं ! जैसा कि आइरन ओर,

चुना, कोक और प्लांट के अंदर वेस्ट प्रॉडक्ट निकला हुआ जो रहता है उसको भी यूज़  किया जाता हैं ! जैसे की मिल स्केल , फ्लू डस्ट, ETP डस्ट ! एस प्रकार जो प्रॉडक्ट तैयार होता है उसे हम सिंटर ( SINTER ) कहते हैं !

                सिंटर एक छिद्रपूर्ण ढेलेदार ( CAKE ) द्रव्यमान  है जिसका निर्माण द्रव्यमान के भीतर उत्पन्न होने वाले ताप के कारण  कणों ( Fines ) के एकत्रीकरण करने से  होता है।

               सिंटर ठीक लौह अयस्क और कच्चे माल के छोटे कण के ढेर में से एक है। सिन्टर का इस्तेमाल ब्लास्ट फर्नेस में किया जाता है सिंटर के इस्लेमाल करने से ब्लास्ट फर्नेस में कोक रेट काम होता हैं और हॉट मेटल बनाने की लागत काम होती  है ! सिंटर बनाने के लिए  रॉ मटेरियल साइज 8mm to  -1mm  यूज़ किया जाता है  चुना ( फ्लक्स ) और कोक की साइज -3mm  मिनिमम ९०% मेंटेन करते हैं !

                  Today I want to share with you guys about sinter. 

                 Raw materials are used at the place where we work.  As on the iron ore ,

Limestone , the coke and the waste product that remains inside the plant are also used.  Such as mill scale, flu dust, ETP dust.  The type of product that is produced in we are  called SINTER. 

                Sinter is a porous lumpy (CAKE) mass formed by aggregation of particles (Fines) due to the heat generated within the mass.

               Sinter is one of small particle heaps of fine iron ore and raw materials. Sinter is used in blast furnace, using sinter helps in coke rate in the blast furnace and costs for making hot metal.  Raw material size is 8mm to -1mm used to make sinter (flux) and coke size -3mm minimum is maintained at 90%.
